Day #1:
Anyway, we took the early mornin' flight out & landed around 10++a.m. Took a cab to the city and hunted for a godamn hotel. Finally found one available and to our liking; Harbour View Hotel. Wasn't what my parents initially wanted but oh well, it ws decent enough plus we had the river view. We chucked our luggage in the room & out we go! for the little touring around the city.
There wasn't much to be done except trying out their good food, durains, & checking out their little shops. Then it was an early lights out for us.
Day #2:
We awoke early the next day to head out towards thhe beach, Damai. Well daddy called the nice cabbie to drive us there & he agreed. Along the way he toured us and made a detour by stopping at the cat museum for us (i was too darn lazy to take photos) :
Okay so that's roughly what they had there.. yeaa~ So anyway we continued our 1 hour journey to damai & decided to check out a few different hotels. I can't remember what was the Treehouse Hotel called so i'm just gonna call it "Rainforest". The Rainforest had different kind of concept for their rooms to begin with. They had the Long house, the Cabin, and the Treehouse. Well we were more interested in the treehouse so we didn't bother taking a look at the other two. The only disappointing, emotion-killing news was that, the treehouse could only fit 2 people at maximum.. and there were 4 of us so, it was time to look at another resort.
However, i just had one problem during the whole trip. Just one. It was monsoon season. So i couldn't kayak, or scuba-dive. After that we didn't bother to check it we could Dolphin-Watch or Snorkel. Well, i could actually kayak.. but i had to travel back to the Rainforest Resort to do it. I was just too lazy to travel anymore /:

We ended off our well relaxed day with eating at Escobar. Their spaghetti there is actually not that bad! Great ambience too. Took a stroll on the cold night beach then off the bed it was.
Day #3:
We awoke early the next day to get some sun again. But not without gorging ourselves on the breakfast buffet ^.^ Unfortunatley, i hated it (except for the cereal). And now i have to stuff myself with the remaining leftovers if not i'll get charged :'( ..Sigh.. After that torturous meal, we continued chilling by the beach just like the first day & ended off with eating at the Seafood Restaurant. Now this, i will rate their food 8/10! It was just delicious.

Day #4:
It was goodbye Damai & hello Kuching again. The feeling kinda' sucked 'cus i knew i wouldn't get to see the beautiful scenery again.. We checked out, the fmaily took a walk, i read my book at the waiting area, THEN MY WHOLE LIFE CHANGED. Exchange a few honest and friendly grettings with this stranger who then suddenly became Mr. Harley Davidson "Sea-Hog" crew; aka: Wilson. The way he lead his life was so interesting. Mon-Fri a 9to5 job. Get a friday night flight out within a 4 hour raidius of Sg. Then he'll be back either sunday night or monday morn. Also a singaporean, has 2 harley's & a bmw bike. My own role model! ~(^.^ ~)
My Parents came back just in tme to be psycho-ed by Wilson to let me buy my own bike. And now i can!!!! TEEHEE. Met another Harley couple, Peter Bruce & his wife Hazel. Also on the tour with their whole Harley gang.
We took the shuttle service back to Grand Magherita Hotel to stay our last night before flying off the next morn. We went on to have lunch at the BEST EVER CHAR SIEW/ROAST PORK SHOP (introduced by Wilson) then off it was for our last sight seeing around the little town. Our last activity for the day was the River Cruise and while my parents went for dinner, i had a nice bubble bath :>
(best pork in town)
