if only,

if only life was that simple..

if only life was that peaceful..

if only life was that easy..

all we ever did was wonder, "If only.." whether or not we could make a difference, whether or not we could actually do the job.. we would never know, would we? they tell us, "fuck what people think, fuck what the world cares.." i mean, really? the double standard in society isn't really helping at all. we're all contradicting fools, living in denial; in a world of our own.

-"do we know who we really are.."

-"do parents really love their child forever.."

-"did God really create us in his image? full image; body & soul.."

-"is the Holy Book wrong about certain facts.."

can i not question religion? or anyone for that matter..

i need answers, somebody? no one.. then why are we living in fear? why are we living in shame? why aren't we living freely as i'm sure we're supposed to? 

we all retract into this puppet that we want society to see, to accept us for who we aren't really are. then we give the long speeches & crap talks telling the world to just be "yourself". i mean why is this happening? some decoy to prove what exactly??

if only, people had the gall to live up to respectable standards..
